Birkett Long, an Essex based law firm, was looking for a secure client portal that would give them the ability to offer controlled access to a number of documents and templates that could be downloaded and used by the subscribing users.
We already had a successful asset management system in place which had the necessary security and user management. So we adapted the system to fit the clients requirements.
The system was targeted primarily at HR managers who would have access to various templates covering Recruitment, Onboarding, Developing etc. Each template could be downloaded as either a pdf or word file and then personalised for use within their organisation.
We also customised the portal with the client’s branding and included other features that would promote cross selling of services to the users. The rollout was a big success for the Employment team, with ideas for additional features being sent through almost immediately.
The portal works really well and offers great value for client users and a new revenue stream for the employment lawyers.
