ME100 – Celebrating 100 years by supporting the next generation

Montagu Evans, a property consultancy that had reached 100 years of trading, wanted a campaign to celebrate this important milestone. As a company they are clear about the things that shape their business, these include caring about their legacy and how it benefits society, recognising that their people are at the heart of their success and ultimately, they are people that care about people.
We wanted to develop a campaign that would
- Reinforce their legacy
- Benefit society
- Involve the people of the company
The campaign focused on an awards scheme that encouraged young entrepreneurs within the property sector to apply for both funding and mentoring throughout the centenery year.
People from across the firm and externally were asked to get involved with both Judging the awards and mentoring the successful candidates.
Two companies were eventually chosen as winners, ‘We Rise In’ and ‘HYBR’. Both companies went on to receive funding for their new ventures as well as mentoring support from teams of experts from Montagu Evans.
